This is what I thought of the cities I visited in Asia. I also provided some reference points in how I would rate familiar cities (Dublin, Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal).
Comments:
- India and Indonesia were such a hassle that I couldn’t have as many interesting experiences as I know they offer
- East Asian cities have amazing public transit while Canadian cities are large with terrible public transit
- Good cities for tourism are not necessarily good places to live (Yangshuo, Phuket, Beijing)
